Pick-up and Drop-off Information

*If you are not flying in to Sky Harbor, please skip to STEP 2*  

STEP 1: Find the Airport Shuttle

• Terminal 3- After retrieving your luggage from at Baggage Claim- Proceed to the Northside, Door 9 or 11, then the walk to the Outer Curb under Courtesy 9 Sign.
• Terminal 4- After retrieving your luggage from at Baggage Claim- Proceed to the Northside, Door 7, then the walk to the Courtesy Vehicles Sign. 

Get on the (Red) Pre-Flight Airport Parking Shuttle to take you to the Pre-Flight Parking Garage where the car is parked.

*Note: If you are looking for shuttle service between 11 PM-8 AM, please text:

"# of people [ex: 2 for 2 ppl] & terminal # (3 or 4?)” to 480.925.9630 for shuttle service.*

STEP 2: Arriving at the Parking Garage

Exit the shuttle on the 1st Stop, near the East Lobby. This is where you will also board the shuttle post trip to get back to the airport.   Head up the elevators to Rooftop. Exact spot will be given before your trip start time.

STEP 3: Finding the Car

Details of exact location of the car will be sent via Turo messaging no later than 30 minutes prior to your trip start.  Please feel free to ask any questions you may have on the Turo messaging function or to modernenergy.rentals@gmail.com. Thanks!
